How to prepare for online guided meditation

Nothing is required of you except to be present, positive, open minded, in “listening mode” and ready to relax and experience!

This is for those new to meditation as well as those who have been doing various forms of meditation for some time. It’s always nice to meditate in a group and with like-minded individuals. ????

Dr. Elena Michaels is a Licensed Psychotherapist with a holistic orientation, a Traditional Naturopathic Clinician who is also trained in Functional Medicine, a Clinical Hypnotherapist (voted Best in the SCV), and a Meditation Teacher.

She is a long-time resident of Santa Clarita, having lived here and had her private practice here since 1991. She personally knows the benefits of meditation and stress reduction and has been doing various forms of meditation for about 45 years.

She has taught meditation over the years in various locations in the Santa Clarita Valley.

Meditation has helped Dr. Elena tremendously through various physical and emotional challenges including advanced stage cancer, autoimmune disease and other health issues.
